At BATCH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn apparel in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely seal the box using the provided label.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
